When does a ticket become valid?+
Free tickets become valid when Tevo confirms the booking. Paid tickets become valid after Tevo verifies payment. Cancelled or refunded tickets cannot be used for entry.
What if a ticket is scanned twice?+
Duplicate entry on the same date is blocked unless the organiser allows re-entry. Multi-day passes remain valid on later included dates.
